Entering the 2011 UCI World Masters be done in simple stages.

1. Read the Regulations page
All riders must agree to the regulations governing the event and that they are elligible to enter the event. If this is the first time you have ridden, please pay particular attention to Regulation 5 and 7 which deal with Entry Elligibility and Licences. If you are in any doubt, please refer to your National Federation. Your licence must show the country code and have your individual 8 digit number.

2. Download the Entry FormEntry Form

Which ever way you enter or pay to enter the event, you must fill in and sign a valid entry form. In doing this it means that you have read and agreed with the Regulations. The form covers all fees that you will incur, including the UCI Anti-Doping Levy which is payable by all riders for the first time. It will allow you to calculate how much you need to pay. If you are sending your Entry Form by email, please remember to title it with your own name, rather than 'World Masters Track Championship Entry Form". You will recieve confirmation email when your entry has been processed.

Team Sprint3. Team Sprint Entries

Entries for the Team Sprint are submitted on the Team Sprint Entry form only. The form must have one name and details as the team leader. This can be paid for at the same time as the other fees. If paying online, please use the same transaction code. Riders cannot enter the Team Sprint individually and must be part of a team. If you wish to ride and are not part of a team, you are advised to wait until you get to the event when you will be able to form a team with other riders and enter then. You can submit this form the same as the Entry Form, by either post or email.

4. Pay for your events, Training Sessions and ClothingShop

There are several ways to pay to enter the event.
1. You can send a cheque payable to UCI Masters together with your completed entry form by post.
2. Bank Transfer to HSBC Bank, 221 High Street, Lincoln. LN1 1TS England. Account - 91875787 - 'UCI Masters' Sort Code 40-28-20. IBAN: GB86 MIDL 402 8209 1875 787. BIC: MIDL GB 2111A, then post or email your completed form.
3. Enter online using the shopping cart is quick, easy and secure using RBS Worldpay, When you have paid, you will be sent a transaction code. Please enter on your Entry Form before posting or emaling back to us.

You can also book and pay for souvenir clothing, Training Sessions and Spectators and Helper Passes. These can only be paid for after a rider has been accredited, so its easier to do it at the same time. Remember that no passes are allowed to be bought during the event, so make sure you have them before the event starts.

4. Transport and Accommodation

Accommodation to this years event is being handled by the World renowed Holiday Inn group who have prepared 2 hotels close to the Velodrome and can offer a discounted rate when you book using a dedicated link. Your accommodation is booked and paid for direct to the Holiday Inn.We have arranged Transport for your stay at the event to pick you up from Manchester Airport and take you to our accredited hotels. Bikes and other equipment will be taken direct to the Velodrome. You can also book transport to take you to the Velodrome and back daily. 5. Roller and Transponder Hire

MylapsManchester Velodrome can offer you a rental of a Chip x transponder, so you can monitor and count every lap, record every lap time and check your total distance and riding time of a session you ride at the Velodrome. The chip is worn with a Velcro ankle strap. Hire for a session is on special offer at ?2.00. We will require you to leave a valuable as surety. The system has just been enhanced, so that sprinters can benefit from accurate training times, with every effort precisely analyzed. Efforts can be timed over 50 metres, from the start/finish line to the 200m line, and from the 200m line to the finish line. Endurance riders can also count and analyze every lap completed.This is booked and paid for directly through them on a first come, first served basis.

RollersRollers are also available for hire for the duration of your stay at the event at a daily rate. This can of course help riders travelling long distances to the event cut down on the amount and weight of baggage they carry with them. £4 per day. Please fill in the form and fax back to reception at Manchester Velodrome. Again available on a first come, first served basic.
