 Mens Sprint 40–44

Alphonso Whaley of the U.S.A took the Gold medal in the 40-44 Sprint with a time of 11.865. The Silver medal went to Geoff Stoker of Australia and Grenville Scullard of South Africa won the Bronze.

Geoffrey Cooke of Great Britain flew over the finish line in 12.400 seconds to take the Gold medal. Earl Henry of Trinidad was close on his heals and took the Silver medal. The Bronze medal was won by Peter Smith of Great Britain.

Roland Crayford of Great Britain stormed over the finish line in 14.045 seconds and collected the Gold medal. Peter Tranberg from Denmark clinched the Silver medal and Atte Koskinen of Finland took the Bronze.

In the Mens 70 + years Sprint, Delroy Walters of the U.S.A won the Gold by completing the distance in 14.038 seconds. Ron Truman of Australia won the Silver medal and Keith Harrison of the U.S.A took the Bronze medal.

 Womens Time Trial 30–34

The Gold medal for the 500m Time Trial for the 30-34 age category was won by Annerine Wenhold of South Africa, when she completed the distance in 38.129 seconds. Isabelle Nguyen Van Tu of France came a close second to win the Silver medal with a time of 39.607 seconds. Malaysia's first medal of the tournament was won by Norizan Musa when she collected the Bronze medal for completing the distance in 40.593 seconds.

 Womens Time Trial 35–39

Elizabeth Reap of the U.S.A collected the Gold medal for the 500m Time Trial for the 35-39 age category, when she crossed the finish line in 37.849 seconds. The Silver medal was won by Lori Nock of the U.S.A and the Bronwyn Law-Viljoen of South Africa took the Bronze medal.
